Stipkala LLC provides comprehensive patent litigation services.  In particular, we assist clients who face actual or potential claims of patent infringement, and represent them in federal district courts across the country.  Our experience includes litigating Abbreviated New Drug Application (“ANDA”) patent challenges under the Hatch-Waxman Act, defending trade secret misappropriation claims, and addressing complicated questions of patent infringement, patent validity, and patent enforceability.  In litigation, our goal is to reach a favorable resolution for our clients as quickly and inexpensively as possible by applying the highest degree of scientific and legal understanding to the dispute.  We also strive to divert the minimum of precious time and resources from clients’ business pursuits.  That approach does not render patent infringement litigation cost-free, but recognizes that legitimate businesses require efficient legal service to remain viable.
